In terms of pre-paid returns, WE ACCEPT THEM ALL. We do not and will not turn away pre-paid returns from ANY carrier. In order for your Amazon returns to be dropped at our Pak Mail locations, we need you to select UPS DROP OFF (exactly those words) as the shipping option within the Amazon app/website. This will assure you receive an actual shipping label instead of the QR code. You will be able to print that from your home/office and drop it off to us. This is exactly what you accustomed to doing before Amazon made changes. BRING AS MANY AS YOU HAVE. It’s our pleasure to serve you!
