I wanted to send you a message to let you know I finished your crate tonight and that your shipment should leave our building with FedEx on Weds 8/30/17.  That means your new expected arrival date should be this Friday by end of day.  The tracking number is the same as you saw in the email on Monday but as I stated on the phone, when I took your credit card number, I wouldn’t be able to get to your crate until Tues.  Your reply was that there was no hurry and I appreciated that.

You will notice on the side of the crate it says open this side first and then another side is marked 2nd and then the final side says third. So unscrew each side in that order so you can see what I did on the inside.  The smaller picture is secured inside next to the larger one and I drew a box on the outside so you could see where it is.  It should be simple if you follow each side.

This grandmother wall clock belonged to a deeply loved family in Rockford, MI. One of the daughters came into town from down south for the week, to help coordinate the family’s estate. This specific treasure was en route with her once she left town. We built a custom crate, complete with foam inserts to dampen any potential vibration. This keepsake made the trip without any complication!

Pak Mail Northland Drive recently partnered with our friend Brien K Dews Certified Clockmaker, to assure proper handling, packaging, and shipping of a family heirloom. This grandfather clock was custom crated with the best possible materials, including glass mask, glassine paper, honeycomb, and high density foam. Our LTL freight service helped complete the operation, leading to another very happy customer.
